Miscarriage (loss of pregnancy up to 20 weeks) Occurs During 1 in 4 Pregnancies…
So why are people still suffering alone?
Miscarriage is not only complicated in physical experience but emotional and mental as well. Devastation, relief, confusion, fear are just a few worth mentioning, and often people experience several at once.
As we build our miscarriage community, I would like to offer the following organizations as a stepping stone towards support:
RTZ HOPE supports families who have experienced miscarriage, termination for medical reasons (TFMR), other types of pregnancy loss (ectopic pregnancy, blighted ovum, molar pregnancy), neonatal death, infant death, and toddler death. Grieving Black parents and LGBTQ2 families
We have information and support for anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or termination for medical reasons.
If you’ve been affected by miscarriage, molar pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy, we hope this website will provide the information that you’re looking for.
This website is designed as a resource for LGBTQ+ parents and families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, failed adoption, infertility, and/or sterility, and those who support them.
Sisters in Loss is dedicated to replacing silence with storytelling around pregnancy and infant loss and infertility of black women.
M.E.N.D. (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death)
M.E.N.D. is a Christian, non-profit organization that reaches out to families who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death.
